Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per due giorni,viaggio di piacere con amici e bambini al seguito..ci siamo sentiti coccolati,e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è carina,luminosa,trovata impeccabile e pulitissima.Marzia,là padrona di casa è stata attenta e premurosa e ci ha concesso un check-out posticipato senza chiederci nulla!consigliatissimo.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans l'appartement de Marzia et Tony, tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien ! Vaste pour 5 personnes, grandes chambres, propre, lumineux, petit balcon top pour le café du petit déjeuner 😍
Très bonne situation à 5kms à pied de l'hyper centre
Marzia est très sympa, à l'écoute et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Elle est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport 👌
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. I was surprised at the size - both bedrooms are very large, as is the living/dining area and the kitchen. Ceilings are high. The bathroom has a huge comfortable shower, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook. Everything was very clean. The apartment is full of light but has roll shutters to darken the bedrooms at night. It's on the first floor (one level up from ground), with a small working elevator or easy stairs. The apartment includes a coffee and cornetto from the nice bar across the street. The location is really ideal for someone who doesn't want to be right in the heart of the centro storico (I'm done with the crowds and noise, prefer a residential neighbourhood.) It is a 5 minute walk to Testaccio and its lovely market, an easy 15-20 minute walk to Trastevere, 5 minutes walk from Trastevere train station if you arrive by public transit. It is outside the ZTL, so you can drive in and park if you want (which I don't want to!) But honestly, the best part of this rental was communication with the owners. They asked in advance how we wanted the beds arranged, checked with us to confirm arrival times, responded promptly to every query. We got to meet both Marzia and Tony and they were friendly and chatty without being overbearing. They also offer van transport to the airport which reduced departure-day stress. I really enjoyed meeting them and every expectation was met or exceeded. I think this is now my go-to place when visiting Rome, which I do every few months. Thank you Marzia and Tony!

If you are looking for a family friendly place in Rome this is a great choice! All the amenities you could need such as elevator or only one floor up; coffee machine, in-suite laundry machine, large washroom, large towels, space to spread out, close to busses and train station, A/C. It was also right across from a great McDonalds that had a top patio, and was very child friendly--we've never seen one like this in Canada. Our hosts were great with communication, met us in person and were kind. Thank you!

Very welcoming hosts. Spacious apartment, great for group of 5 people. Free parking on the streets nearby.

You can also call it “House of Ikea” as
almost everthing is a basic ikea decor or furniture. :))

Casa confortevole, pulita e ben organizzata. L'accoglienza impeccabile e attenta, ci siamo trovare veramente molto ben.
Ovviamente Roma splendida, altrettanto le passeggiate di questi giorni di ottobre con un cielo limpido e assolato.

Il nostro soggiorno a Roma non poteva andare meglio. Marzia e suo figlio sono stati gentilissimi con noi e ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio. La loro graziosa casa pulita, ordinata e con tutto il necessario. Sono stati così gentili da offrire anche al nostro cagnolino un giaciglio e le scodelle per acqua e cibo. Le loro indicazioni per muoverci a Roma sono state molto puntuali e quindi per noi preziose.Grazie di tutto, speriamo di poter soggiornare ancora nella vostra casa. Siete il top dell'ospitalità a Roma. Un arrivederci a presto, Marco, Teresa, Valentina, Alessia, Matteo e Chucky

Just perfect
It was a very nice, spacey, well equipped apartment with a balcony towards the peacefull green yard. We did not miss anything at all. And everything was well functioning. we had the breakfast at a cafe across the street, italian breakfast with coffee and a croissant. Basic but good, nice cafe with friendly staff. The location was perfect in a calmly area, without many tourist, but with a lot of good restaurants of all sorts very near to the apartment. It was very close to the river. We could wallk to town (about 3 Km) along the foot/bike path at the river bank, or we go by buss/train both stopped nearby. And there was a very good food market just across the river . Ten minutes walk. Our host told us everything we needed to know about the area , market, good restaurants and so on. We felt very welcome.

Wonderfull visit
We visited Rome in 6 days in August. The appartement was very clean and well furnished. We've received a very warm welcome when we arrived. The center of the city is a 20 minutes walk through a very nice and trendy part of the city. We can recommend visiting Rome while staying at this appartement.

Location

We are located in the City of Rome, between the historic districts of Trastevere, Porta Portese (famous for its Sunday market) and Testaccio. These are some of the most authentic and characteristic neighbourhoods of Rome, where you can soak up the true Roman atmosphere.

We are just a short step away from the river Tiber. A cycle path runs along its embankments for about 35 km, allowing you to admire many of the attractions of the Eternal City from a unique vantage point.

The apartment

The 81 square metre apartment is welcoming and bright, and recently renovated. It is situated on the first floor of a historic building dating from the 1920s. The building has a lift.

The apartment consists of two large bedrooms, a living room (with a sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower tray, a bidet, and aids for the disabled and elderly.

Other facilities include air conditioning, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a TV and free WiFi.

The apartment is quiet, well ventilated and has double-glazed windows. The lounge and kitchen overlook the communal gardens. There is a balcony where you can relax after a busy day.
